Services and this Site, MaiCoin will collect and store your Facebook user ID

and the essential information to become a registered user for accessing MaiCoin

ratings), and C102 (agreement or contract) in the Specific Purpose and the

Classification of Personal Information of the Personal Information

Protection Act (“Purpose and Classification”).

B. The purposes that MaiCoin collects the aforementioned personal

information are (i) authenticating users, (ii) validating the process that you

access or use MaiCoin Services and this Site, (iii) establishing and

maintaining a responsible commercial relationship with you, (iv)

understanding your needs and your eligibility for products and services, (v)

informing you about trading and financing features, commercials,

advertising materials, and other news, (vi) delivering products and services

to you, (vii) processing billing and collection of any fees, (viii) conducting

surveys and getting feedback from you, and (ix) meeting MaiCoin’s the

legal and regulatory requirements. The aforementioned purposes are

and this Site through the internet, MaiCoin may use certain technologies,

device, which includes, but not limited to (i) your IP address, device

information, such as identifier, device name and type, operating system,

location, mobile network information, (ii) the information related to the methods

(iii) your username and password.

Site according to your preferences. The aforementioned purposes are

1.2 MaiCoin will collect your personal information until (a) MaiCoin ceases to

provide Services and this Site, or (b) you explicitly request MaiCoin to cease to

information referred in this Privacy Policy and in accordance with the Article 6

of this Privacy Policy, in which case we may not be able to provide MaiCoin

Services and this Site to you.

outside of the jurisdiction in which you reside and will be stored in Singapore,

provided that the location may change from time to time, depending on the

services provider used by MaiCoin (the “Data Location”). Under those

(d) Dispose of de-identified personal information. To the extent permitted by

applicable laws, MaiCoin may dispose the information it collects during the

process of providing MaiCoin Services to other third party, provided that

MaiCoin will take de-identification measures (such as removing personal

identifiers and removing or altering other information that may allow any person

to be identified). However, please note that there is a possibility that another

dataset or other information could be matched with the de-identified

information. MaiCoin does not guarantee that the de-identified information will

not be re-identified.

(e) Compliance with laws and regulations. The Company may process and use your

personal information, Content, and/or Feedback to meet legal and regulatory

requirements, including, but not limited to, Fraud Crime Prevention , Anti-

Money Laundering and counter-terrorist financing, any self-regulatory rules

established by the Taiwan Virtual Asset Service Provider Association, or as

otherwise may be necessary to execute the agreement between you and the

Company. The Company reserves the right to retain and share certain personal

information in order to meet our regulatory requirements, and further to our

contractual agreements with partners and third parties, including but not limited

to financial institutions such as banks. Please note that the Company may

provide your personal information to its partner financial institutions (the “Bank

“, referring to the financial institutions in collaboration with MaiCoin such as

Far Eastern International Bank and/or Union Bank Of Taiwan), including but

not limited to Far Eastern International Bank, and third parties appointed by

such the Bank to handle related matters. Furthermore, the Bank and their

appointed third parties may process and use your personal information within

the scope of specific purposes related to the partnership, including but not

limited to identity verification, authentication of designated deposit accounts,

prevention of financial crimes, compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and

Counter-Terrorism Financing regulations, and fraud prevention. The Company

may provide your personal information or other necessary information in

response to inquiries from Virtual Asset Service Providers. The Company may

also share your personal information within the necessary scope to meet the

investigative or prosecutorial needs of judicial authorities (including courts,

police, prosecutorial agencies, and national security authorities) from different

jurisdictions. The purposes of the aforementioned processing and use are

classified as 014 (Civil Servants Property-Declaration, Recusal Due to Conflicts

of Interests and Campaign Contributions), 025 (Crime Prevention, Criminal

Investigation, Enforcement, Correction, Juvenile Protective Measures, Crime

Victim Protection or Rehabilitation Protection), 063 (non-

2.2 MaiCoin will process and use your personal information until (a) MaiCoin ceases

to provide Services and this Site, or (b) you explicitly request MaiCoin to cease

to process and use your personal information by contacting us through the contact

cookies and similar technologies to collect similar information about your use of

MaiCoin Services and this Site. MaiCoin does not provide any information that

can identify you personally to these third-party service providers without your

consent. However, MaiCoin does not control the third parties’ use of such

technologies and their use is governed by those parties’ privacy policies, not

subject to this Privacy Policy.

3.2 MaiCoin may allow third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements

on MaiCoin Services and this Site and on third-party services. These third-party
