產錢包存⼊虛擬資產，或透過本網站與第三⼈交易，可能⾯臨各式交易⾵

險，包括但不限於安全漏洞、契約違約⾵險及市場損失⾵險。

5. 資訊安全⾵險：任何資訊科技系統或電⼦設備及裝置均可能遭受惡意駭客、

病毒或其他⽅式的網路攻擊。您應認知，本公司將於合理範圍內控制⾵險，

exchange (hereinafter collectively referred to as "MaiCoin Services") managed and

operated by Modernity Financial Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as

"the Company"), and related applications and websites (hereinafter referred to as "the

Websites"), the user (hereinafter referred to as "you") should carefully read this Risk

Disclosure Statement (hereinafter referred to as "this Statement") to understand the

risks associated with holding, buying, selling, or trading virtual assets. By using the

MaiCoin Services and the Websites, you acknowledge that you understand the

relevant risks and considerations, and agree to all the contents of this Statement,

including waiving any claim for damage (or compensation) against the Company and

its affiliates for any loss or damage you may suffer due to relevant risks when buying,

selling, or trading virtual assets.

Please note that holding, buying, selling, or trading virtual assets may carry a high

degree of risk, and the price of virtual assets is highly volatile. Not everyone is

suitable for holding, buying, selling, or trading virtual assets. Before using the

MaiCoin Services and the Websites, you shall fully understand and acknowledge the

relevant risks and carefully evaluate whether it meets your own needs and risk

tolerance before deciding whether to use the MaiCoin Services and the Websites.

Before holding, buying, selling, or trading virtual assets or otherwise using the MaiCoin

Services or the Websites, you must be aware of at least the following risks:

1. Market Risk: Please note that the market price of virtual assets may fluctuate

significantly and may even result in the value of the virtual asset becoming zero.

It is impossible to predict in advance whether a specific virtual asset will lose

all or almost all its value. You must maintain a high degree of caution and

understand the relevant risks when buying, selling, acquiring, trading, or

holding virtual assets.

2. Liquidity and Trading Risks: Please note that there may be significant

differences in market liquidity among different virtual assets. If the market

trading volume is low, its volatility may increase, and slippage or premium may

even occur. When the price of virtual assets fluctuates significantly, you may

not be able to sell or buy in time due to low trading volume or insufficient

liquidity, which may lead to greater losses or failure to obtain expected returns.

Also, please note that virtual assets are not legal tender, do not have intrinsic

value, and therefore their prices are volatile and inherently prone to fluctuations,

which are considered to have a certain degree of speculation. As for whether

you are suitable for buying and selling and trading virtual assets, it depends on

your personal financial situation, risk tolerance and other related factors. You

are responsible for carefully reviewing your personal circumstances. In addition,

please note that virtual assets do not have legal tender status, and authorities

concerned in Taiwan have warned that virtual assets are rarely used for payment

your virtual assets as consideration for the payment of goods or services, and

you may even face a situation where any government in the world explicitly

prohibits virtual assets by law. Therefore, the risk of holding virtual assets may

be higher than the risk of holding other assets or commodities.

3. Legal and Tax Risks: Under the governing laws of your residency, place of

registration, place of business, nationality, or any other jurisdiction that may

apply to you, the legal status of virtual assets may be uncertain, and its legal

status may affect the legal obligations and tax obligations related to holding,

buying, selling, or trading virtual assets. You understand that the regulatory

policies and measures of different countries regarding virtual assets, as well as

the regulatory or tax laws of different countries regarding virtual assets, may

change. You are solely responsible for determining the legal status of virtual

assets and related tax requirements. If necessary, you are responsible for

consulting lawyers, accountants, or other professionals to understand the legal

status and tax treatment of holding, buying, selling, or trading virtual assets, and

comply with relevant legal and tax requirements (including compliance with the

reporting obligations and tax payment obligations stipulated by relevant tax

laws). You shall bear all responsibilities in this regard.

4. Counterparty Risk: When you withdraw virtual assets to an external virtual

asset wallet, deposit virtual assets through an external virtual asset wallet, or

trade with a third party through the Websites, you may face various transaction

risks, including but not limited to security vulnerabilities, contract default risks,

and market loss risks.

5. Cybersecurity Risk: Any information technology system, electronic

equipment and device may be subject to malicious hackers, viruses, or other

forms of cyberattacks. You should acknowledge that the Company will control

risks within a reasonable scope but does not guarantee that such risks will be

completely eliminated. In addition, you should independently assess and judge

the security of any device used to access the virtual asset services provided by

the Websites, and agree to be solely responsible for their security.

6. Internet and Electronic Transaction Risks: Using any electronic equipment

and devices (including computer equipment, hardware, software, and network

connections, etc.) to conduct virtual asset transactions may result in failure to

transmit, delayed transmission, or erroneous transmission, which may lead to

delays, failures, errors, inoperability of the Websites, or your inability to use the

MaiCoin Services. If these forementioned situation causes you losses, you agree

to bear such losses yourself.

7. You may be required to pay certain fees or cover other costs in connection with

your use of the virtual asset services provided by the MaiCoin Services or the

Websites (please refer to the Terms of Use of the Websites, other related

information or announcements). In addition, buying or selling virtual assets

does not necessarily generate income and may result in losses. Even if there is

income, losses may occur after deducting fees, other costs, or taxes.

The meaning of undefined terms in this statement should be the same as the meaning

given in the Terms of Use of the Websites.
