MAX 兌換服務條款

您同意於MAX數位資產交易所(下稱「本平台」)開啟小額兌換服務（下稱「本服務」）之前，須

先詳讀以下條款（下稱「本條款」）內容，且您同意並充分了解下列約定：

1. 本服務提供您將一定額度以下之資產餘額快速兌換為其他種類之資產，以便您管理

您的資產組合。

2. 本服務之交易係透過訂單合併或其他機制，與本平台其他用戶之訂單間接配對完成

，因此您的交易指示並不會直接成為被放置在本平台之配對請求單上的有效訂單，

且本網站交易規則中關於訂單及交易費用等相關規定於本服務不適用之。

3. 本服務將依您指定兌換之資產種類、數量，及本平台上之配對請求單，試算所適用之

兌換比率。當您點選兌換或送出類似指令時，即代表您同意以本服務頁面所顯示之

兌換比率及相關條件使用本服務，並同意本平台自動自您的數位資產錢包或交易預

備餘額中扣除相關費用與應付款項。

4. 本服務所適用之交易手續費可能與本平台其他交易所適用之交易手續費不同，並依

相關交易頁面所顯示者為準。

5. 您同意並了解，您開啟或使用本服務之行為，除受本條款內容拘束者外，因您同時使

用本平台之服務，故亦同時受MAX Exchange使用條款內容之拘束。

6. 本條款適用中華民國法律，並將以中華民國法律進行解釋（包括但不限於本條款的

有效性、解釋、結構、履行和執行，或由本條款所生或與之相關的任何紛爭或爭議）。

任何本條款所生或與之相關的紛爭、爭議、不一致、求償，或關於本條款的違反、終

止或無效等問題，應以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審之專屬管轄法院。

Terms of MAX Convert Service

Before activating crypto dust conversion service (referred to herein as “Service”) in

MAX Exchange (referred to herein as “Platform”), you agree to read the following terms

and conditions (referred to herein as “Terms of Use”) carefully and you are fully aware

of the terms below :

This Service allows you to swiftly convert asset balances within the stipulated amount

into other types of assets and allows you to manage your asset portfolio.

1. This Service conducts transactions through order consolidation or other

mechanism, indirectly matching orders with other users on this Platform.

Accordingly, your trading instructions will not directly become valid orders

placed on the Order Book of this Platform. Also, the trading rules related to

orders and trading fees of the Platform do not apply to this Service.

2. This Service will calculate the applicable exchange rate based on types

and quantity of assets you speciﬁed and the relevant Order Book on this

Platform. When you click “Convert” or submit similar instructions, it indicates

you agree to use this Service based on the displayed exchange rate and related

conditions on this Service page, and you also agree that this Platform may

automatically deduct applicable fees and any amount payable from your Digital

Currency Wallet or Available Balance.

3. The transaction fees applicable to this Service may diﬀer from those

applied by other Trades on this Platform. In case of any inconsistency, the

transaction fees displayed on the relevant transaction page shall prevail.

4. You agree and understand that in addition to being bound by this Terms

of Use, you will also be bound by MAX Exchange Terms of Use when activating

or using this Service since you use services on this Platform simultaneously.

5. These Terms of Use are governed by and will be construed according to

the laws of the Republic of China (including but not limited the validity,

interpretation, construction, performance and enforcement of these Terms of

Use, or any disputes or controversies arising from or related to these Terms of

Use). Any dispute, controversy, diﬀerence or claim arising out of, relating to or in

connection with these Terms of Use, or the breach, termination or invalidity

thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.
