dataset or other information could be matched with the de-identified

will not be re-identified.

(e) Compliance with laws and regulations. The Company may process and use your

requirements, including, but not limited to, Fraud Crime Prevention , Anti-

Money Laundering and counter-terrorist financing, any self-regulatory rules

established by the Taiwan Virtual Asset Service Provider Association, or as

otherwise may be necessary to execute the agreement between you and the

Company. The Company reserves the right to retain and share certain personal

information in order to meet our regulatory requirements, and further to our

contractual agreements with partners and third parties, including but not limited

to financial institutions such as banks. Please note that the Company may

provide your personal information to its partner financial institutions (the

“Financial Institutions Engaged”), including but not limited to Far Eastern

International Bank, and third parties appointed by such the Financial Institutions

Engaged to handle related matters. Furthermore, the Financial Institutions

Engaged and their appointed third parties may process and use your personal

information within the scope of specific purposes related to the partnership,

including but not limited to identity verification, authentication of designated

deposit accounts, prevention of financial crimes, compliance with Anti-Money

Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing regulations, and fraud prevention.

The Company may provide your personal information or other necessary

information in response to inquiries from Virtual Asset Service Providers. The

Company may also share your personal information within the necessary scope

to meet the investigative or prosecutorial needs of judicial authorities (including

courts, police, prosecutorial agencies, and national security authorities) from

different jurisdictions. The purposes of the aforementioned processing and use

are classified as 014 (Civil Servants Property-Declaration, Recusal Due to

Conflicts of Interests and Campaign Contributions), 025 (Crime Prevention,

Criminal Investigation, Enforcement, Correction, Juvenile Protective Measures,

Crime Victim Protection or Rehabilitation Protection), 063 (non-

government agency collect or process personal information under

legal obligations), 069 (contract, contract-like or other legal relation matter),

2.2 The Company will process and use your personal information until (a) the

Company ceases to provide Services and this Site, or (b) you explicitly request

the Company to cease to process and use your personal information by contacting
